These are some quick reference statistics for Faerun, the setting for the Forgotten Realms campaign setting.
Faerun is a continent on the planet of Toril. It is comprised of the surface lands and the vast cavernous regions under the surface call the Underdark.
The Main races of Faerun are Human, Elf (sun, moon, wood, wild, drow and sea), Dwarf (gold, shield and duergar), Halfling (strong heart, ghost wise, and light foot), Gnome (Rock and Deep), Half-Orc, Half-Elf, and the Planetouched (Aasimar, Tiefling and Genasi).
Faerun has a 365 day calendar, with a leap day once every for years called Shieldmeet. The Month is divided into 3 tendays, which is their version of a week.
Magic on Faerun is accessed through the Weave, which is an extension to the Goddess of Magic, Mystra. Even divine magic goes through the Weave, and in order to access divine magic or receive divine aid a character must have a patron deity.
